Liverpool want Bernd Leno, Loris Karius?

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly interested in replacing goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with either Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno or Mainz 05's Loris Karius.

Newly-appointed Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly interested in replacing goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with either Bernd Leno or Loris Karius.

Leno has made 164 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen since joining the club in 2011, also making 14 appearances for Germany Under-21s, while former Manchester City youngster Karius has made 65 Bundesliga appearances for Klopp's former side Mainz 05.

According to Italian news outlet Calcio Mercato, Klopp is keen to sign one of the two German goalkeepers to replace the Belgian international.

Mignolet, who joined Liverpool from Sunderland in 2013, has made 104 appearances for the club.
