West Ham United boss David Moyes has revealed that the Hammers will not discuss a new contract with Manuel Lanzini until the end of the season.
A recent report has claimed that West Ham would offer improved terms to Lanzini, who is said to be a transfer target for Liverpool ahead of the next campaign.
However, Moyes has suggested that the East London outfit will only contemplate a fresh deal for the Argentine if the club secure their place in the Premier League for another 12 months.
At a press conference, the Scot told reporters: "You always want to keep your best players but there's no truth in that yet. We won't look at that until we know what league we are in."
Lanzini - who has contributed three goals and five assists in the top flight this season - still has just under two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract.
