Liverpool are reportedly preparing to offer Sadio Mane a new contract that 'will see him end his career at Anfield'.
The 28-year-old has scored 77 times and registered 34 assists in 161 appearances for the Reds since arriving from Southampton in the summer of 2016.
The attacker has again been in excellent form during the current season, netting 18 times and registering 12 assists in 38 outings in all competitions.
Mane's current deal at Anfield is due to run until the summer of 2023, but there have been suggestions that Real Madrid are weighing up a big-money bid.
According to Football Insider, Liverpool are desperate for the Senegal international to end his career on Merseyside and are therefore preparing a 'blockbuster new contract'.
Mane recently placed fourth in the 2019 Ballon d'Or rankings behind Barcelona forward Lionel Messi, Reds teammate Virgil van Dijk and Juventus attacker Cristiano Ronaldo.
