Liverpool have included unsettled striker Luis Suarez in their 28-man party to tour the Far East and Australia this summer.
The Uruguayan has told officials at Anfield that he wants to leave the Merseysiders and welcomed rumours of interest from the Gunners after they were reported to have seen a £30m bid for the player rejected.
Real Madrid are also believed to be interested in the 26-year-old, while the Gunners are rumoured to be readying an improved offer for the forward.
However, the Reds have stressed that they are unwilling to sell Suarez and have named him in their touring squad, despite the fact that he will miss the start of the season as he completes a 10-match ban for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic back in April.
Elsewhere, Pepe Reina and Sebastian Coates have been given an extended holiday by manager Brendan Rodgers because of their involvement in the Confederations Cup.
New signings Luis Alberto, Iago Aspas, Kolo Toure and Simon Mignolet will all fly out on Tuesday before facing an Indonesia XI in Jakarta on July 20 in their first match of the tour.
