Livorno have picked up their third win of the season in Serie A thanks to a 1-0 victory at home to Atalanta.

The only goal of the game came on 10 minutes when Paulinho's low effort from the edge of the box found its way past Andrea Consigli.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men before half time as Carlos Carmona received his second yellow card of the match.

Paulinho and Andrea Luci both had chances to extend Livorno's lead after the break, while Alfred Duncan rattled the post late on.
