Remi Garde: 'We can still make top three'

Lyon manager Remi Garde says that his side are still in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League.

Lyon manager Remi Garde has said that his side are still in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League.

A last-minute Guillaume Hoarau header denied Les Gones all three points in a thrilling 4-4 draw against Paris Saint-Germain.

However, third-placed Lille were unable to take advantage of the slip when they drew 1-1 with Rennes on Sunday.

"Obviously it's frustrating when you concede a goal in the 94th minute, but there is also satisfaction to have seen such an excellent Lyon side, especially in attack, against a strong PSG side," said Garde.

"When you don't win, the top three slips away a little bit, but when you show such fighting spirit, and if you can repeat the performance, you know you still have a chance."

Lyon sit fifth in the Ligue 1 table, six points behind Lille.
