Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony has said that the club's Champions League clash with Barcelona will provide him with a great personal opportunity.
City's £28m signing will be looking to make an impact having returned from Africa Cup of Nations duty, and could get the chance against against Luis Enrique's men in midweek.
"It is a great opportunity for me and another experience in my life. I am happy to be here," said Bony, according to FIFA's official website.
"The Barcelona game will not be easy. Barcelona are in good form now. But we will do our best on the pitch and try to play to our strengths and try our best to win that game.
"We know the game back in Barcelona will not be easy but we are confident we can do something."
City welcome Barcelona to the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday, in the first leg of their last-16 tie.
