Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has hailed his side's "great achievement" after they won the Premier League title.
The Belgian defender scored his side's second goal as they cruised to a comfortable 2-0 victory over West Ham United on the final day of the season.
"It's a great achievement. It will be recognised. We're building a big club and I'm proud to be part of this," Kompany told reporters.
"We did everything right this season. We've had a busy schedule and we've come through. As the fans say, we fight to the end."
City's Premier League triumph is their second in three years.
