Jesus Navas has insisted that Manchester City must win their first Premier League game in London this season if they are to defend their title.
City, who take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Easter Monday, have drawn at Chelsea, Arsenal and Queens Park Rangers this campaign, while they also lost 2-1 at West Ham United back in October.
Twenty-nine-year-old Navas believes nothing but victory will suffice for City, who are currently six points behind league leaders Chelsea.
He told the club's official website: "We know they will come at us and that their supporters will be noisy if we allow them to get on top so we need to try and take control as quickly as possible.
"We know we have to win this game to keep the pressure up on Chelsea and our rivals. There few strong teams coming from behind and we need to get wins in order to catch Chelsea which is still possible."
City could find themselves fourth by Monday, if Manchester United and Arsenal both win their games this weekend.
