Team News: Patrick Bamford gets first Norwich start, still no Raheem Sterling for Man City

Patrick Bamford gets his first start for Norwich City, while Raheem Sterling remains on the bench for Manchester City and Fernando comes in for Yaya Toure.

Norwich City manager Alex Neil has given Patrick Bamford his first start since joining the club on loan from Chelsea in January.

The 22-year-old will lead the line for the Canaries in this afternoon's Premier League match against Manchester City at Carrow Road.

Bamford's inclusion is one of four changes to the team as Ryan Bennett, Martin Olsson and Matt Jarvis come into the fold, while Ivo Pinto, Robbie Brady and Steven Naismith are not in the matchday squad, and Cameron Jerome has dropped to the bench.

As for Man City, manager Manuel Pellegrini has made one enforced change due to a recent injury suffered by midfielder Yaya Toure.

Fernando takes the Ivorian's place, while Raheem Sterling remains on the bench, allowing Sergio Aguero and Wilfried Bony to form a strike partnership up top.

Manchester City: Hart; Sagna, Kompany, Otamendi, Clichy; Fernando, Fernandinho, Navas, Silva; Aguero, Bony
