Manchester City are reportedly lining up a players-plus-cash deal for Everton's Marouane Fellaini.

Manchester City are reportedly ready to test Everton's resolve to keep Marouane Fellaini by offering them £23m plus two first-team players.

The Belgian international's future has been subject of speculation all season, and the champions will make a bid for the midfielder at the end of the current campaign, according to The People.

The 25-year-old has also reportedly attracted interest from Chelsea, but City feel that they could land the former Standard Liege man with the package they are ready to offer Everton.

Fellaini signed a new five-year deal with the Blues in November 2011.
