Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has played down talk linking Carlos Tevez with a move to the club.
The striker is currently seeking a move away from Manchester City following a breakdown in relations with manager Roberto Mancini.
"Not in this window, absolutely not," Hughes, who signed the Argentine during his time as City boss, told Sky Sports News.
"Ideally, I would love the chance to work with Carlos again, but it is not going to happen anytime soon."
Hughes is also represented by the same agent at Tevez.
