Charlton Athletic youngster Jeremy Sarmiento has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Manchester City.
Sarmiento is only 15 years of age but the attacker has already been called up to represent the club's Under-23 side.
According to The Sun, the Addicks want to keep hold of the teenager and are prepared to offer him a five-year contract in a bid to fend off interest from bigger clubs.
However, City are allegedly prepared to spend in the region of £6m in order to secure the signing of the England Under-16 international.
Any fee would be decided by a Football League tribunal, as it was when Ethan Ampadu left Exeter City for Chelsea when he was 16 years old.
