Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini 'returns to full training'

Marouane Fellaini reportedly returns to full training for Manchester United after spending five weeks on the sidelines with ankle ligament damage.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has reportedly returned to full training this week following a spell on the sidelines with injury.

The Belgium international, who was linked with a summer exit from Old Trafford, has been out of action for five weeks with ankle ligament damage.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Fellaini has stepped up his return to the fold for manager Louis van Gaal by taking part in full training this week.

It is believed that this Sunday's encounter against Fellaini's former club Everton at Old Trafford has come too soon for the midfielder.
