Manchester United willing to make Luke Shaw highest-paid teenager in summer bid?

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to make Luke Shaw the highest-paid teenager in Premier League history should the left-back move to Old Trafford in the summer.

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to make left-back Luke Shaw the highest-paid teenager in Premier League history if the Southampton star moves to Old Trafford in the summer.

The North-West outfit have been linked with the 18-year-old, who made his senior England debut in Wednesday's 1-0 win over Denmark, for some time.

According to the Daily Star, United manager David Moyes believes that the club are the frontrunners to sign the £30m-rated player, and are ready to offer £75,000-a-week wages.

Saints manager Mauricio Pochettino has maintained that the club want to keep hold of the highly-rated full-back, but widespread reports have claimed that bids for Shaw are expected to arrive at St Mary's at the end of the season.

Chelsea are also believed to be interested in Shaw.
