Manchester United recall both Matteo Darmian and Paul Pogba in place of Luke Shaw and Wayne Rooney for their away visit to Everton in the Premier League.

Manchester United have recalled both Matteo Darmian and Paul Pogba in place of an injured Luke Shaw and a suspended Wayne Rooney for their away visit to Everton in the Premier League this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho has also handed starts to wingers Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Anthony Martial, who will aim to provide some attacking support to lone frontman Zlatan Ibrahimovic, while defender Eric Bailly has made a surprising early return from injury and makes the visitors' bench.

As for the hosts, Ronald Koeman will be looking to striker Romelu Lukaku for goals up top, with further support to be provided by Tom Cleverly, Yannick Bolasie and Kevin Mirallas in behind.

Both Idrissa Gueye and Gareth Barry will be aiming to hold the home midfield, while James McCarthy might look to make an impact from the bench having returned in time from injury.
