Manchester United are poised to join Chelsea and Arsenal in pursuit of Stoke City keeper Asmir Begovic in the summer, according to a report.
The Red Devils are desperate to add the former Portsmouth keeper to challenge David de Gea for the number one shirt at Old Trafford, The Telegraph claims.
Stoke are ready to accept bids in the region of £15m but feel with interest from Arsenal and Chelsea the fee could reach as much as £20m, which would break the British transfer record paid for a goalkeeper.
Begovic's ambition to play in the Champions League could be the driving force in his exit from the Britannia Stadium. However, Stoke have prepared for his departure by signing Birmingham City keeper Jack Butland in January.
