Benfica sporting director Rui Costa has revealed that there have been no negotiations with any clubs to sign Axel Witsel.
The Belgian midfielder has recently been linked with moves to AC Milan, Manchester United and Real Madrid.
"Witsel is a player of Benfica and he is doing the pre-season with us," Costa told reporters.
"Every player who is in pre-season training belongs to Benfica and there are no ongoing negotiations."
Witsel signed a five-year deal with Benfica from Standard Liege last summer.
