Christian Eriksen will see out his contract with Dutch giants Ajax, according to the player's agent.
The 20-year-old, whose current deal end in 2014, has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
However, agent Martin Schoots has hinted that the Dane could sign for Roma in the future.
"I recently found out Christian has followed Roma since he was a child," Schoots told retesport.it.
"Many clubs are still interested in Christian, although I must say Roma have an interesting project which I believe still has to flourish.
"In the future you never know what can happen. Christian is bound to Ajax until 2014 and then we'll see."
Eriksen signed his first professional deal with Ajax in 2009.
