Manchester United academy forward Dillon Hoogewerf has joined Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 18-year-old moved to the Red Devils from Ajax in 2019 and represented the English club at Under-18, Under-19 and Under-23 level.
Hoogewerf scored three times and registered two assists in 21 outings for Man United Under-23s, but he did not make a first-team appearance for the 20-time English champions.
The Dutchman has now been allowed to leave Ralf Rangnick's side on a permanent basis to join Monchengladbach on an undisclosed fee.
"Manchester United Academy forward Dillon Hoogewerf has completed a transfer to Borussia Monchengladbach. The Dutchman's permanent move has now received international clearance," read a statement on the club's official website.
Man United allowed a number of players to leave Old Trafford on loan during the January transfer window, including Amad Diallo, Donny van de Beek and Anthony Martial.
