Inter Milan are reportedly waiting on Tahith Chong to contact them regarding their contract offer.
With Chong seemingly intent on leaving Manchester United on a free transfer this summer, Inter have opened discussions with the youngster.
While there has been talk of disagreements over agent fees, Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the Italian giants have pressed ahead with offering the 20-year-old a five-year deal.
The report adds that the Serie A leaders are now prepared to wait for the prospect to make a decision regarding his future.
Juventus are said to remain active in the chase for Chong, who remains as a fringe member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad at Old Trafford.
Despite his likely exit, the academy graduate may still be used in cup competitions for the rest of the season.
