Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly in the hunt for Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a move to Anfield this summer, with the Reds said to have failed with a £10m bid already.
It has been suggested that the Saints are holding out for £15m for the England international.
Manchester United are thought to be in the market for a right-back this summer and, following Dani Alves's decision to stay at Barcelona, Louis van Gaal is expected to search for new targets.
According to the Daily Post, Liverpool retain a strong interest in Clyne, but he has been on United's radar for the past 12 months and the Old Trafford outfit could make a move.
Clyne made 42 appearances for Southampton in all competitions last season.
