Luke Shaw put pen to paper on a new two-year deal before the season began to end the uncertainty over his future, according to a report.
The 22-year-old has yet to truly win the trust of manager Jose Mourinho over the past 15 months, largely due to a succession of injury issues.
Shaw is one of nine United players due to be out of contract at the end of the campaign, but The Sun suggests that fresh terms have already been agreed between player and club.
It is claimed that the England international, who recently returned from his latest injury layoff, is now contracted to the Red Devils until 2019.
United are also understood to be in the process of triggering one-year extensions for Juan Mata, Daley Blind, Sam Johnstone, Ander Herrera and Ashley Young.
