Real Madrid and Manchester United are reportedly preparing to trigger the £63m release clause in Erling Braut Haaland's Borussia Dortmund contract.
Haaland was on the radar of Madrid and United in January prior to sealing an £18m switch to the Westfalenstadion, where he has further bolstered his reputation with 12 goals in 11 matches.
Despite the 19-year-old being under contract with Dortmund until the end of 2023-24, ESPN claims that Europe's other elite clubs remain interested in him.
The report indicates that the Norwegian could be available for a bargain fee when the transfer window reopens, putting Madrid and United on red alert.
Haaland, who has previously worked with Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Molde, boasts 40 goals in 33 appearances overall this term.
