Everton teenager Thierry Small is reportedly prepared to turn down a professional contract at Goodison Park in order to seek pastures new.
The 16-year-old made his first-team debut for the Toffees against Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup in January and is widely regarded as one of the best young talents in English football.
Small continues to be involved for Everton's Under-23s in Premier League 2, but according to The Express, he is frustrated with the lack of opportunities at first-team level since his debut.
The report claims that the defender is now considering turning down a three-year deal with Carlo Ancelotti's side in search of senior action elsewhere.
Manchester United and Arsenal are both believed to be admirers of the Englishman, although it is unlikely that either club would be able to offer him regular first-team football at this stage of his career.
Small - also said to be a target for Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds United and Brentford - will enter the final year of his scholarship contract next season.
