Manchester United are reportedly yet to hold transfer discussions with Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

Manchester United are reportedly yet to hold transfer discussions with Eduardo Camavinga despite the speculation surrounding the Rennes midfielder's future.

The 18-year-old's current deal in France is due to expire next summer, and Man United have been strongly linked with his services over the last few weeks.

The teenager has already made 82 first-team appearances for his current club, while he has been capped on three occasions by the senior France side.

According to Sport Witness, despite the speculation linking the midfielder with a move to Old Trafford, there have not yet been any transfer talks with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

The report also claims that Camavinga is unlikely to leave Rennes this summer, meaning that he could depart on a free transfer next June, with Real Madrid also keeping a close eye on developments.

Man United are believed to be keen to sign a new central midfielder in the current market, but Paul Pogba now looks set to stay at the club, with Paris Saint-Germain switching their attention to Lionel Messi.
