Lucas Moura's agent Wagner Ribeiro has revealed that the Brazilian playmaker's proposed move to Manchester United is 'not possible'.
The 19-year-old highly-rated prospect was expected to complete a switch to Old Trafford this summer following Sir Alex Ferguson's confirmation that the midfielder is on the club's radar.
"They have reached their limit," Ribeiro told Brazilian website UOL. "Lucas Moura won't leave. He is happy at Sao Paulo. We have to forget this subject.
"There is no possibility he leaves now. Manchester United made an offer which was rejected and they won't make another one as they reached their limit."
Recent reports had claimed that the former Premier League champions had launched a bid in the region of £26m.
