Manchester United winger Angel di Maria has completed his drawn-out switch to Paris Saint-Germain, according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague.
The Argentina international has been widely expected to move on this summer after a disappointing debut campaign at Old Trafford.
A seemingly unsettled Di Maria struggled to hit the same heights as witnessed at former club Real Madrid, whom he joined United from in a British-record deal of £59.7m just 11 months ago.
According to Balague on Twitter, the Red Devils have taken a big hit on that fee by allowing the 27-year-old to move on for £44.2m, with a deal being agreed in Paris on Wednesday afternoon.
United boss Louis van Gaal claimed after his side's 2-0 defeat to PSG in the early hours of Thursday morning that he was unaware where the club's star signing was, after he failed to turn up for their tour of the United States last week.
