Arsenal are reportedly among the sides hoping to keep Antonio Valencia in the Premier League when he leaves Manchester United at the end of the season.
The Ecuador international is expected to leave Old Trafford in the summer when his contract expires, ending a decade-long spell at the club that has seen him play over 300 matches in all competitions.
Valencia's experience of winning two Premier League titles, the Europa League and FA Cup at United, plus the added bonus of being a free agent, means that he is a target for a number of top-flight clubs.
According to Metro, Arsenal are one of those weighing up a move for the versatile wideman, who has specialised at slotting in at right-back in recent years.
Valencia's father also appeared to confirm that West Ham United, Inter Milan and an unnamed Chinese club may be keen on signing his son.
