Report: Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur join Adama Traore race

A report claims that Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur both want to sign Barcelona youngster Adama Traore.

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined the race for Barcelona youngster Adama Traore.

The 18-year-old, who has been with Barca since 2004, is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in European football.

Munir El-Haddadi has gained much of the attention after breaking into the Barcelona first team this season, but Traore is seen by many inside the club as a bigger prospect than the 19-year-old.

The Catalan outfit are reportedly unprepared to sanction the sale of the Spanish-born attacker, but Manchester United and Tottenham will both test the water with bids, according to Marca.

Stoke City have also been linked with a loan move for the attacker.
