Manchester United are reportedly ready to go all out to sign Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur by offering to triple the midfielder's wages.
Spurs have been reluctant to do business with rival clubs for the Danish playmaker, having already supposedly knocked back an approach from Real Madrid.
Eriksen is also high on the list of Man United's summer targets, though, and The Mirror claims that the Red Devils intend to throw money at the 27-year-old to get him to join them over Madrid.
Tottenham's stance on Eriksen may alter as the summer goes on as he does not look likely to sign a contract extension, meaning that he will become a free agent in a little over a year's time.
The report suggests that United will pay the former Ajax ace £240,000 a week if he makes the switch to Old Trafford, though they still have plenty of work to do in negotiations with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
Eriksen, who currently earns £80,000 a week, is also rumoured to be a target for ambitious Inter Milan.
