Wigan Athletic are reportedly considering making a loan move for Manchester United forward Angelo Henriquez.

Wigan Athletic are reportedly considering making a loan move for Manchester United forward Angelo Henriquez.

The 18-year-old has yet to feature for the Red Devils since joining the club from Universidad de Chile in August.

According to The Mirror, United want Henriquez to go out on loan in order to gain some first-team action and Latics boss Roberto Martinez is keen for the player to spend the second half of the season at the DW Stadium.

Henriquez scored on his senior international debut for Chile earlier this month in a 3-1 defeat to Serbia.
