Manchester United have reportedly been told that they will not be able to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice during the summer transfer window.
Rice has been linked with a move to a top-six Premier League side ahead of the next campaign after starring for the Hammers over the last 18 months.
Manchester United - as well as neighbours Manchester City - have been credited with an interest in the England international, although United had emerged as the 20-year-old's most likely destination should he depart the London Stadium.
However, the London Evening Standard say that West Ham have informed United that Rice is not for sale at any price this summer.
Rice, who still has five years remaining on his contract, is allegedly valued in the region of £60m.
