Bert van Marwijk announces his Holland side are ready to go for broke to remain in Euro 2012.

Holland coach Bert van Marwijk has pledged to go for broke as Holland have one last opportunity for Euro 2012 redemption.

The Dutch have had a dreadful start to their Euro campaign, losing to both Denmark and Germany in their opening two matches.

Van Marwijk is acutely aware of the task in hand and has said that his team is ready to give everything.

"We have to go for it here and need Germany to win," Van Marwijk said at his pre-match press conference.

"We know from the start we have to win with a two-goal difference and I have that in mind. We have to go for it and that's what the tactics will be based on. You'll see that as well.

"After the Germany defeat we were deeply disappointed but we knew we had to beat Portugal by at least two goals. It gives you a new situation, and I want to go ahead with that."

Holland's crunch clash with Portugal will take place on June 17 in Kharkiv.
