Netherlands assistant manager Patrick Kluivert has admitted that it will be "very hard" for his side to overcome Argentina in the World Cup semi-finals.
Oranje defeated Costa Rica on penalties last night to book a spot in the final four of the tournament, where they will meet a Lionel Messi-inspired Argentina in Sao Paulo on Wednesday night.
The Barcelona forward has scored four goals at the finals in Brazil to date, but the Netherlands can themselves call on a player in strong form in the shape of winger Arjen Robben.
"The quality of Argentina is awesome. It will be very hard for us and for them," Kluivert is quoted as saying by AS. "Argentina have major individual players. Both teams have players who can decide a game."
He added: "Stopping Lionel Messi? How do Argentina stop Arjen Robben? Messi is a special player."
Kluivert took up his current role as part of the Netherlands' backroom staff in 2012.
