Mike Williamson has refused to rule out the possibility of Newcastle United qualifying for the Champions League this season.
Following today's 2-0 win over Liverpool, the Magpies are two points adrift of fourth place.
Reflecting on the victory over Kenny Dalglish's side, centre-back Williamson told Sky Sports News: "[The win] was massive. It keeps the momentum going and keeps the dream alive to finish high as possible.
"They've got players who can break defences but we did well. Andy Carroll is a big man, very powerful, but we defended from the front.
"If we carry on playing like that and working hard, anything is possible."
Williamson struck the post during the match at the Sports Direct Arena earlier today.
