Newcastle striker Demba Ba sings the praises of Arsenal, fuelling rumours of a move to the North London club.

Newcastle United striker Demba Ba has praised Arsenal amid reports of a potential move to the Emirates Stadium.

The Senegal international has repeatedly been linked with an exit from St James' Park after it was revealed that he has a buyout clause of around £7m.

"Arsenal are one of these teams who make you dream," Ba told Canal+.

"I have nothing to say about the speculation. Nothing is about to happen.

"The press know Arsenal need another striker and also know about my release clause, and make their own mind up about it."

Ba has scored 11 goals in 18 games for Newcastle this season.
