Newcastle United have sent Henri Saivet out on loan to Turkish side Sivasspor for the rest of the current campaign.
The Senegal international has struggled to carve out a place in the Magpies' team this season, being handed just four appearances in all competitions.
The North-East outfit have granted the player a stint in the Turkish Super Lig as he tries to get more game time under his belt and secure selection for his country at the World Cup.
Saivet, who moved to St James' Park at the start of 2016 from Bordeaux for a fee of around £5m, spent last term out on loan with Saint-Etienne.
The 27-year-old joins former Manchester City player Robinho in making the move to Sivasspor this transfer window.
