Norwich City striker Gary Hooper has revealed that he still hopes to break into the England squad for next year's World Cup.
The 25-year-old admitted back in July that he joined the Premier League club from Celtic in order to boost his international chances.
Following Norwich's 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the weekend, Hooper told BBC Sport: "Everyone wants to play for their country. I've just got to keep doing it on the pitch and keep scoring goals.
"Everyone's got to create chances for me. It's a team game and I've got to take my chances."
Hooper, who has scored five goals in 13 games this season, has never been capped at any level by his country.
