Nottingham Forest to open City Ground to fans

Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi reveals that he will open the City Ground for supporters to explore on Thursday afternoon.

Nottingham Forest supporters will be able to explore their home ground this Thursday, owner Fawaz Al Hasawi has revealed.

Al Hasawi said that it would be a "pleasure" to meet and listen to fans' opinions when he opens the ground to the public for a couple of hours from 3pm on Thursday afternoon.

"Our supporters have been magnificent this season so I am delighted to be able to offer them this opportunity," he told the club website.

"It is always a pleasure to meet with fans and listen to their opinions and I hope those who are able to attend thoroughly enjoy the experience."

Al Hasawi is a popular chairman with Forest's fans, who recently held a 'Fawaz Day' in his honour.
