Michael Mancienne describes Nottingham Forest as "a massive club" following his switch from Hamburg.

Michael Mancienne described Nottingham Forest as a "massive club" after completing his move to the Championship side.

The former Chelsea defender joined Forest from Hamburg for around £1m, and the 26-year-old talked up the size of his new team.

"I know I have signed for a massive club," he told the club's official website.

"There are Premier League facilities here and I am very happy."

Mancienne joins Forest on a three-year contract.
