Italian club Parma have been granted entry in Serie D for the new season.
The Gialloblu suffered relegation from the top flight last season and were forced to deal with a number of financial problems.
The club were officially declared bankrupt last month, meaning that they were unable to enter Serie B, and have been forced to enter Italy's football pyramid in the lower leagues as Parma Calcio 1913.
"There's a lot of responsibility," technical manager Lorenzo Minotti told reporters. "There's an obligation to win at all costs, and to get back into the professional Leagues, so that must always be present in the mind of the new people."
Parma have won the Coppa Italia three times and the UEFA Cup twice during their history.
