Germany forward Thomas Muller has said that Portugal pose more threat than just Cristiano Ronaldo.
The two teams get their Euro 2012 campaigns underway in Lviv today, with the Bayern Munich forward wary of the talent possessed by the 2004 finalists.
"They have excellent, world-class players — I don't just say Ronaldo," The Sun quotes Muller as saying.
"Of course he is fantastic with the skills that he has — he can decide a game on his own with his speed and his dynamism, but other players such as Nani and Pepe mean Portugal have a very strong axis and are very strong technically.
"They are one of those teams that can switch from defence to offence very quickly. Ronaldo is the star who can decide matches, but there are many other players in that team that play at a high level also."
Germany reached the final in Austria and Switzerland four years ago.
