Preston North End manager Graham Westley has revealed his fury after having what he considered a perfectly good goal against Carlisle United ruled out last night.
Preston drew 1-1 after scoring a late equaliser, but Westley was convinced that a corner from Scott Laird had crossed the line, with the officials seeing it differently.
"I'm getting sick to death of decisions," Sky Sports News quotes Westley as saying. "I'm really frustrated by the way decisions are getting made not in our favour and against us.
"When we score a goal, we don't have the goddamn thing given. We need to look at it closely, all these decisions going against us.
"I'm staggered that the goal wasn't given early on. I could see from the dugout that the ball was over the line by a distance. You got a linesman and a referee to see the ball over the line and it doesn't get given."
Preston are currently 10th in League One.
