Wednesday's Champions League predictions including PSV Eindhoven vs. Rangers

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Champions League fixtures, including PSV Eindhoven vs. Rangers.

Trabzonspor vs. Copenhagen (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Trabzonspor play host to Copenhagen in the second leg of their Champions League playoff tie needing to overturn a deficit to progress through to the group stages.

The Danish outfit came out on top by a 2-1 scoreline last week, and they will fancy their chances of avoiding defeat given the recent form of their opponents.

We say: Trabzonspor 1-1 Copenhagen (Copenhagen to win 3-2 on aggregate)

Trabzonspor's bigger issues come in defence and much of their focus may be on keeping things tight at the back over initially pushing to win this contest. That mentality may allow Copenhagen to gain a foothold in the game, leading us to predict a low-scoring draw which will suit the visitors.

Dinamo Zagreb vs. Bodo/Glimt (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Dinamo Zagreb and Bodo/Glimt go head to head at the Stadion Maksimir in the second leg of their Champions League qualifying playoff round clash on Wednesday.

Having secured a first-leg victory, the Norwegian side head into the game 90 minutes away from a place in Europe's biggest club tournament and will be looking to pick up where they dropped off last week.

We say: Dinamo Zagreb 3-1 Bodo/Glimt

Dinamo Zagreb will be backing themselves to turn things around against a Bodo/Glimt side who have struggled to grind out results on enemy grounds. The Croatian outfit head into the midweek clash with sky-high confidence and we predict they will make use of their home advantage and grab the desired result.

PSV vs. Rangers (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Scottish giants Rangers will travel to the Philips Stadion to face Dutch outfit PSV Eindhoven for the second leg of their Champions League playoff tie on Wednesday night.

The tie is nicely poised at 2-2 from the first leg, with the winners of this contest qualifying for the Champions League group stage. The losers, meanwhile, will drop down into the Europa League.

We say: PSV Eindhoven 2-1 Rangers (PSV Eindhoven to win (4-3 on aggregate)

Both PSV and Rangers have shown their qualities in the final third so far this season while they have also looked vulnerable at the back, so goals are to be expected at the Philips Stadion.

The two teams could not be separated at Ibrox, but there has to be a winner on Wednesday and we feel that home advantage will help the Dutch side sneak through on aggregate.
