Charlie Austin has hailed his Queens Park Rangers teammates, claiming that they deserve much of the credit for his red-hot form in front of goal.
The 25-year-old opened the scoring in this evening's 2-2 draw with Manchester City to bring his total for the Premier League season to six from 10 games.
"It's a good run but I can't do it without my team-mates creating chances for me," Austin told Sky Sports News. "I'm just putting the ball in the back of the net.
"I'm just trying to put in performances for the team. All of the team are working hard for everybody.
"We've come off the pitch disappointed against the champions and it just shows how well the whole team is doing."
Sergio Aguero, who cancelled out Austin's opener, struck again on 83 minutes as battling Rangers settled for a point at Loftus Road.
