Queens Park Rangers defender Clint Hill has hailed the impact made by Harry Redknapp at the club.
Since Redknapp arrived at Loftus Road, QPR have remained unbeaten and even picked up their first win of this season which has helped to lift them off the bottom of the league.
Hill believes that it is Redknapp who deserves the credit.
"Harry's a great man manager in that he talks to you everyday and has a bit of banter," Hill told the Fulham Chronicle. "It's a high pressure job so you do need to relieve the tension now and then.
"Don't get me wrong, when we do go out to train or play we are serious. He has just tried to get a lot more belief into us.
"It has been a good change."
QPR's next game is an away trip to Newcastle United on Saturday.
