Former Rangers defender Colin Jackson has died at the age of 68 following a battle with cancer.
Jackson, who spent 19 years at Ibrox as a player before leaving the club in 1982, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday night.
Commenting on the news, former teammate John Greig told the Scottish Championship club's official website: "I have known for some time how ill Colin was but I am devastated by the news that he has passed away. I have lost a great friend and my thoughts are with his family at this very difficult time."
The Rangers Hall of Fame member is best remembered for his winning goal in the 90th minute of the 1979 Scottish League Cup final against Aberdeen.
Jackson was also capped eight times by Scotland during a one-year international career.
