Reading are reportedly favourites to sign Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes, despite rival interest from Fulham.

Reading are reportedly close to securing the signing of Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes.

Reports have recently emerged claiming that the newly-promoted Premier League side are keen on agreeing a part-exchange deal, which would see cash plus defender Sean Morrison going the other way.

While London outfit Fulham are also thought to be interested in the 22-year-old, it is understood that the prolific frontman will opt for a move to the Madejski Stadium, according to the Daily Star.

Rhodes netted a record 40 goals for Huddersfield last season.
