Roy Keane: Cristiano Ronaldo was "cheap"

Manchester United legend Roy Keane claims that the world-record £80m Real Madrid paid for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009 was "cheap".

Manchester United legend Roy Keane has claimed that the £80m that Real Madrid paid for Cristiano Ronaldo was "cheap".

The Portuguese forward hit his 50th and 51st Champions League strikes for Los Blancos as they beat Bayern Munich 4-0 in the semi-final second leg on Tuesday.

Speaking to ITV Sport, the former Ireland captain said: "This boy with that much talent, £80 million looks cheap for him."

Ronaldo moved from United to the Spanish capital in 2009.
